MISSION HILLS COUNTRY CLUB offers the following residential options:Fairway Homes (Condominium type homes)
Most units are on a golf course fairway.

Fairway homes number 617 and were built between 1971 and 1989. All of
the units are on leased land. The lease expires in the year 2054 for phases
1 through 10 of the Fairway Homes. However, there are a few leases in
phases 1, 2, 3 and part of four expiring in year 2034. Home prices are based
on size, location, view and whether the home is furnished, unfurnished or
has been recently upgraded.

Mission Hills East (Deane Homes)
This fee land (no lease land) community is situated on the Westin Mission
Hills Resort golf course and consists of 371 condominium type homes that 20
were built between 1987 and 1991. Homes range in size from 1,332 square
feet for two bedrooms, two baths – 1,620 square feet for a two bedroom,
den, two bath – 1,806 square feet for a three bedroom, two baths – 2,259
square feet for a three bedroom, three bath, two story – 2,736 square feet
for a three bedroom, den, three baths and a powder room.

Oakmont Estates at Mission Hills
Seventy-Six single family homes from 2,800 to 3,900 square feet. Homes are
both on and off the Arnold Palmer Golf Course. Built between 1999 and 2000.
Stone Ridge Estates
Forty-five fairway homes with multiple master suites from 2,549 to 3,169
square feet on fee land and were built between 1999 and 2000. HOA dues
include dining and fitness membership.
Lakefront
Seventy-eight single family homes from 1,986 to 2,142 square feet. Forty
three homes are in phase one and were built in 2001 on lease land.
Homeowners association fee includes a social, fitness & tennis membership
along with the land lease.
Thirty-five homes are in phase two and were built in 2002 on fee land.
Homeowners' association fee also includes a social, fitness and tennis

Mission Haciendas
Twenty-one homes on the Westin Pete Dye Golf Course. Completed in 2005
there are two different floor plans of 2 bedroom, den and casita. Home sizes
are 3,090 sq ft and 3,015 square feet.
Prestwick Court
An enclave of nine custom home sites of which eight have been developed.
The existing custom homes were built between 1994 and 2003.
Fairway Estates
The Fairway Estates are custom homes on sixty-seven individual home sites
from approximately 16,000 square feet to 22,00 square feet. All lots face the
Arnold Palmer Golf Course or are on a beautiful lake and are on fee land. The
existing homes were built between 1992 and 2005.
Muirfield Estates
Sixteen custom homes on the Arnold Palmer Course ( 15 built - one lot
